NOVA flew across boundaries to Philippines just recently for an exchange with the amazing Altas PerpSquad!

The energetic Altas PerpSquad reignited our love and passion for Cheerleading as we shared a whole load of fun, sweat and pure exciting learning experiences. We made friends across boundaries and were welcomed so heart-warmingly with the biggest of hearts from these fun-loving cheerleaders.

Training with the Altas was an eye-opener as we stepped out of our comfort zones and challenged a whole new training culture which comes with intense stretching, physical conditioning, drills and all that action!

With the sweat comes all that fun, dance dance away with the groovey Altas! Guess muscle-memory comes on the moment we hear the song "timber" from now on! You can even imagine us in a "flashmob" while waiting for our turn on the Viking ride (pss... a Viking ship filled with Cheerleaders! Beat that! :P) at the Sky Ranch!

Our four days in the Philippines was so memorable as we shared a common passion and fire for our sport, not forgetting the happy vibes, adrenaline rush and pride we have for this challenge called Cheerleading that bonds us and brings us Across Boundaries, Against Limits.
