The clock is ticking. The time is running. Our hearts are racing.
With just one week left to go, I'm sure all of us are the same.

Off mats, Our minds preoccupied by our stunts. Our ears ringing with our music. At work, at school, at home.

On mats, We perform. We enjoy. We cheer each other on. Nothing beats the adrenaline when we're together as a team, CHEERLEADING!

"Whenever you are running the routine/stunting and are nervous, don't think of what you shouldn't do too much; or you might end up doing it anyway. Always stick to the one simple method: Remember the feeling of hitting the stunt. You've done it before, so shut out your brain, and just go all out with your muscle memory of hitting that very stunt.

It's one thing to idolise/look-up to someone 'better' than you in cheer. But instead of simply idolising and doing nothing about it, think about why that person is better than you in certain areas or what-not. 

Always think of what you can do to be better, or to help out your partner."

"Often we see people limit themselves mentally as to what they can do or achieve, I say let us challenge the boundaries of what we can achieve as a Team. 

Flyers, just strut it out on the mats and be arrogantly sassy up on the stunts as though you've Never been more right and confident. 

Bases, be steady with an attitude when throwing your passes and let your finesse shine when executing the stunts. 

Enjoy the routine, let the music be as one with you and let the warrior in you burst forth and fight till the end.

Personally I know every one of us are trying our best to make this work, and it is working out. It's time to hit consistency with ASUs. To be honest, it is not that hard right? Every one has just got to do their part and it will all go up.
